What makes Brisbane different
Our Brisbane work concentrates in the eastern suburbs — Wynnum, Manly, Cannon Hill and Morningside — with CBD and northside clients covered too. Small professional firms in converted houses and warehouse conversions, mostly.
The variable that matters most in Brisbane is the building, not the suburb. Older CBD and inner-city tenancies frequently have shared risers, base-building network equipment nobody in your office controls, and lease conditions that dictate what may be installed. That changes the answer on cabling, on where equipment can live, and sometimes on whether a wired network is possible at all.
A job in the inner south
An eleven-person agency moved into a heritage tenancy with beautiful ceilings and no legal way to run new cable through them. Instead of fighting it, the network was rebuilt around three ceiling-mounted access points fed from a single existing conduit, with the two bandwidth-heavy workstations on the one wired run that already existed. Cheaper than the fit-out quote and finished over a weekend.

Bayside professional services and allied health, much of it in older buildings on the Bay Terrace strip. Same run as the Redlands, so we are through there often.
Cannon Hill, Morningside and Murarrie
Warehouse conversions and light industrial offices. Big spaces with steel and concrete, which is why the Wi-Fi that worked in the old office stops working here.
Brisbane CBD
Small firms in commercial towers, typically on FTTB. Building risers and base-building networks add a layer of coordination that a suburban office doesn't have.
Carindale and the eastern corridor
Professional services and medical suites around the shopping centre precinct, plus a lot of serious home offices in the surrounding suburbs.

Do you cover the Brisbane CBD?
Yes. The CBD and inner north are well within our reach — we come to you, and fix remotely wherever we can. For a tower tenancy we also coordinate with building management, which is usually the slow part of any CBD job.
Why is the internet slow in our CBD office?
Most CBD towers are fibre to the building, so your speed depends on the copper run from the basement to your floor as well as your plan. We test the actual line rather than the advertised plan, then decide whether the fix is the service, the router or the internal network.
Are eastern suburbs businesses treated as bayside?
Yes. Wynnum, Manly and the surrounding suburbs are in our core bayside area, because they sit on the same run as the Redlands rather than across the city.
