We audit what you've got
A half-day on site. Every machine, the server if there is one, the network, your backups, your Microsoft 365 tenancy. You get a written list of what's fine, what's ageing and what's a genuine risk.

We fix what's broken and set up monitoring
The urgent items get done first, usually in the first fortnight. Then monitoring goes on every machine so we see the disk failing, the backup skipping and the patch that didn't apply.
