Why industry matters at all
Underneath, most small-business IT is the same: machines, a network, Microsoft 365, backup, and someone to call. Any provider claiming a radically different stack for a law firm than for a landscaper is selling something.
What genuinely differs is three things, and they change the plan more than the hardware does.

These five have pages because they are what we see most. Plenty of our clients are none of them — a wholesaler, a not-for-profit, a manufacturer with an office at the front of a shed, a physiotherapist working alone.
The approach does not change. We start with the audit, find out what the business actually runs and when it cannot afford to stop, and quote from that rather than from a template.
