How to choose

Which of these you actually need

Most businesses arrive asking for one thing and need a different one. A few honest rules of thumb:

• If things break more than once a month

  You are past the point where paying per callout is cheaper. A monthly plan costs less than the sessions and removes the incentive to leave small problems alone.

• If the complaint is "the internet is slow"

  It usually is not the internet. Start with network and Wi-Fi — the bottleneck is nearly always inside the building.

• If you have never tested a restore

  Then you do not have a backup, you have an assumption. Backup and recovery is the single highest-value thing on this page.

• If you are moving premises

  Book new office setup before the lease is signed, not after. Testing the building's cabling early is the difference between a two-day fix and a fortnight on phone hotspots.

Support and being found

The eleven services split into two groups that most providers keep separate. The first keeps your systems working. The second decides whether anyone can find you.

We do both for the same reason a builder does footings and framing: the small businesses we support usually have a website nobody has touched in four years and a Google Business Profile set up on a phone. That is the same neglected-infrastructure problem as an unpatched server, and it quietly costs more — because it stops new work arriving rather than interrupting existing work.

If you only want one half, that is fine and common. Nothing here is bundled to force the other.
